By placing an order with Tysons Carpentry, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. All products are custom-made to order and involve the purchase of materials and allocation of production time immediately upon confirmation.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all deposits are strictly non-refundable, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued once production has commenced. Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications are correct prior to approval and payment.
Tysons Carpentry reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
All deposits paid to Tysons Carpentry are strictly non-refundable. This is due to materials being purchased and production time being allocated immediately after an order is confirmed.
Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited. We encourage clients to confirm all specifications carefully before placing an order.
